Having been involved in a major off, it never ceases to amaze me how well modern supercars and hypercars protect their occupants.

News of a Zonda crash in Hong Kong reports that the driver of the Orange Pagani Zonda lost control, hit a tree and then hit a post. The
driver was unharmed but the car is completely destroyed.

As he states, the reports of the speed of the accident were wildly exaggerated, but even so both he and his girlfriend walked away from a major off with only minor scratches

I had dinner with them both at the Pagani Huayra launch, the following evening, and they were both on excellent form.

It truly is testament to work of the engineers, and the millions that are invested in R&D, when these accidents occur without loss of life.
